Hi, I’m Lorianne—though most people call me L.A.

I’m a speaker, transformational coach, retreat curator, and a lifelong disruptor of anything that keeps women small. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership—from startups to global organizations—I’ve learned that true power doesn’t come from performance. It comes from alignment.

I created UnlockingHER as a space where the masks drop, clarity rises, and women (and couples) are invited back into truth, softness, and unapologetic self-knowing.

My retreats are where luxury meets soul work, and where deep internal shifts happen in beautiful external settings.

I don’t offer surface-level support or pretty mantras. I hold a mirror to truth, walk with you through discomfort, and create spaces where you can finally hear your own voice again.
